Our Story

A community-owned market since 2013.

Co-op Market Grocery & Deli is a full-service natural foods cooperative serving the Fairbanks community and the Interior. For $200, a person or household becomes an invested Owner — eligible to vote in annual elections, run for the Board, and receive special owner pricing. The store is open to all shoppers.

In March 2013 the dream of opening a community-owned grocery store in downtown Fairbanks became a reality. Today, 4,800+ Owners share in that ownership and shape the future of food in Interior Alaska.
